The Black and White Movement believes that the tandem of NoynoyAquino and Mar Roxas is our best hope to see meaningful reforms in 2010.

But it will require the support of every reform-minded Filipino.

Project 9NOYNOY is the most convenient means of enlisting volunteers for Noynoy via text or email sign-up.

WHAT VOLUNTEERS CAN DO:

1. RECRUIT. Text or email friends to join. Download posters, print, and display outside of home, at school, or in the office.

2. CAMPAIGN.When the campaign period begins, actively campaign for Noynoy and Mar. Downloadable materials will be available.

3. WATCH POLLS. During and after election day, act as poll watchers to protect the count. Black and White Movement will work for accreditation of volunteers. We will post accreditation procedure later.

4. DONATE. We need funds to promote this site and to send text messages to volunteers. In the interest of transparency, we will submit regular financial reports to the Noynoy Aquino Volunteer Center.
